Bold green foliage full of stitch detail

Two big leaves from a Delicious monster plant, aka Monstera deliciosa or the Swiss cheese plant. The veins of which are done in a variety of stitches to make it both visually appealing and interesting to embroider. It’s a fresh, lush pattern that makes a bit of a statement.

This design measures 10 x 10 inches | 25x25cm. The leaves measure about 6 x 5 inches | 15x12.5cm each.

The pattern includes: 

• A list of the fabric, DMC thread colours and needle types and sizes you’ll need to complete the embroidery.
• Instructions for four different ways to transfer the design to fabric.
• A crisp, clean and precise line drawing of the design at the right size for embroidering. It’s also given in reverse if you want to create an iron-on transfer.
• The artwork is set up to fit on A4 or US letter-sized paper for easy printing on a home printer.
• Clear and easy to follow embroidery instructions that tell you which stitch, thread colour and how many strands of thread to use.
• Helpful tips to make it even easier for you to replicate the design.
