As soon as you've checked out, you'll see a download link on your account page. You'll also receive an email with your download link/s.

Links are sent to the email address you logged in with or gave at checkout. If you have more than one address, double check which one you've used. It may also have ended up in your spam folder. If it's there, move it to your inbox and/or mark it as "not spam". And then add me to your contacts – kelly@fellenn.com – so your email provider knows it's a safe address.

Yes. My store is built using Shopify. If you already have a Shopify account, you can use that to log in. Otherwise you can create a new account. This way, you’ll be able to see and download your books and patterns from your account any time. And you won’t have to fill in all your details again next time. Just log in. You may even be logged in automatically if you already have a Shopify account. 

Yes. You can buy as a guest. Then you'll receive your download links via email. 

If you live outside South Africa, a currency converter allows you to see prices in your own currency. It uses up-to-date exchange rates to convert product prices from South African rands (R) for you. So you can make an informed decision about your purchase. Because exchange rates fluctuate constantly, so does the price you see. Select South Africa (ZAR) from the dropdown menu at the top to see the price in rands (R), which remains constant. 

Payments on Fellenn are processed by PayFast, a leading payment gateway in South Africa, in rands (ZAR). It’s secure and approved by Shopify. And you can choose which way you’d like to pay, including by credit card. It’s a verified, safe and easy way to pay. 

All my books and patterns are downloadable PDFs, which can't really be returned. You can read more about my refund policy here. But please get in touch if you're unhappy in any way with your purchase, so we can chat about and resolve your issue. 

Yes. I’ll be selling here and on Etsy. To give you the choice of where to shop, whichever feels more comfortable and works for you. KFNeedleworkDesign is now Fellenn on Etsy, but everything else there is the same. I’ll let you know if new releases, sales and the like are available on only one or the other, otherwise you can presume they’re available on both.

I embroider mostly on good-quality cotton fabric. If you're unsure, try quilting cotton. It's lovely to stitch on, especially if you back it with a piece of cotton voile for extra stability.
