Refund policy

All the products available on Fellenn are digital, so they can't really be returned as there's no physical item to send back. But if you have an issue with your books or patterns, please contact me at kelly@fellenn.com so we can chat about and resolve it. 

A refund may be granted:

  • If your book or pattern doesn't work as you wanted it to, or is missing content.
  • If your book or pattern doesn't match its description.
  • If you live in a country with a consumer law that grants a "cooling-off" period for online purchases. This allows returns for any reason within a specific time frame. In South Africa, for example, this time frame is seven days. 

Unfortunately, I can't accept returns on gift cards. 

I'll notify you of any refund that has been issued. You'll be refunded in line with your original payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed and it still isn't in your account, please let me know at kelly@fellenn.com
